RowPro enables you to set up target ranges for Pace, Heartrate and SPM. There are two ways to set targets:
If you want targets that do not change during a session, you can set Quick Targets in Me Live.
If you want targets that change during a session, you can set these in the Custom Row Studio.
To set Quick Targets:
| • | In Session Setup, select the session you want to row. |
| • | In Session Setup / Lanes, click the button for Lane 4. |
| • | The Me Live button is selected by default and the Quick Targets panel is visible. Set the Quick Targets you want and click Select. |
| • | When Quick Targets are set, Session Setup / Lanes will show Me Live in Lane 4. |
