Fixed Intervals

To create a Fixed Intervals Custom Row:

Set the number of reps, the duration of the active part, and the duration of the rest part.
In a Fixed Intervals row, the duration of the active part is the same for all intervals, and the duration of the rest part is the same for all intervals.
The only other setting is the choice of whether the rest part of each interval will be Stop or Easy:
The standard way Intervals are handled on the PM2+ without RowPro is that during the rest part of each interval the PM2+ is effectively turned off, implying that you should stop. Many rowers actually 'paddle' slowly during rests, however the PM2+ does not display or record this activity.
Digital Rowing strongly recommends that you continue rowing during rests, because this is far better for your muscles. If you want to do this, and you want to have the rest periods recorded, choose Easy, otherwise choose Stop.
Name and save your Fixed Interval Custom Row to make it available for rowing. A good way to name Fixed Interval rows is say 3x200r1000 Fixed for a 3-rep row with 200m active and 1000m rests.

The newly-created custom row will be shown in the Custom Rows list in the Custom Row Studio, and will also automatically appear on the Custom list in Session Setup.
