The Oarbits viewer built into the Control Center / Internet page uses settings that are common to Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE). If some text is not visible in the Oarbits window you can fix this by opening IE, and setting View / Text Size / Medium.
If you started RowPro as a user with a Standard User account in Windows, you may see this error. Try switching to a user with administrator rights.
