The Warm Up/Dn option enables you to include a warm-up before, and/or a warm-down after your main row.
• | The minimum warm-up and warm-down duration is 100 meters or 20 seconds. |
• | To skip the warm-up, the warm-down or both, set the corresponding number to zero. |
• | To include a warm-up and/or warm-down, set the corresponding distance (in meters) or time (in minutes) to what you want. |
• | All RowPro training plan sessions except Technique rows include a mandatory warm-up and warm-down. You can increase these if you want a longer warm-up or warm-down, but you cannot decrease or eliminate them. |
• | RowPro remembers your settings for Warm Up/Dn until you change them. |
Note: Warm Up/Dn is not available for Online Rowing. You are expected to warm up before checking in for the Online rowing session. The easiest way to do this is to do a Just Row before you check in.
For your safety, Digital Rowing strongly recommends that you always row both a warm-up and a warm-down.
